What makes Tiny Giants a premier provider?
We are a trusted, professional company that is insured and bonded as well as a member of Pet Sitters International. We take great pride in what we do, and how well we do it. This is our business, and we hold ourselves to very high standards.
What area do you service?
We are accepting new clients in Simpsonville and Fountain Inn.
Some neighborhoods we currently service, include: Cooper Ridge, Fox Trace, Neely Farm, Riverstone, Sycamore Ridge and Baldwin Commons, to name a few.
Do we have breed restrictions?
Nope! The way we work is by scheduling a complementary meet & greet where we have a chance to get to know your pets, and you have a chance to get to know us. During that time, both of us have the opportunity to decide if we would be a good fit.
How can I feel comfortable with someone in my home?
From the moment we enter your home, to the time we leave, our only priority is those furbabies! We respect your privacy and do not open closed doors or go anywhere that you have not permitted. We also take your home security seriously, making sure doors are locked and alarms are set. Many of our clients utilize in-home surveillance, which we welcome.
What happens in a pet emergency situation?
We have pet first aid and CPR training as well as personal vet contacts for questions. We will also have your pet's personal veterinarian information on file and can call and/or transport them if needed. Of course, we would contact you immediately as well.
Do we board at our home?
No, unfortunately. Our home is where our furbabies get their love and attention and it wouldn't be fair to them to interfere with that.
